Consulting with the sales and customer service teams, I developed 3 main user personas based on the common issues that home improvement dealers face with offering financing. They objective was to have a better understanding of how they think and make decisions to enable us to better cater marketing efforts. I produced a Welcome Toolkit, Financing Toolkit and Leaning Centre based on the personas and data insights.
I collaborated with a video editor to create a range of videos to support dealers using the app and target commonly asked questions about submitting financing applications: SNAP Central and QuickSend Link.
